Smaller establishment. We came on a Sunday after lunch hour and they were very accommodating in getting our large party seated across different tables and taking our orders. Our table of 5 ordered the same pho order, and it took over an hour and a half to come, while other tables were getting their food, and we weren't checked on -- to the point that after checking and being told several times our food was "ready to go", we were getting up ready to leave. Finally got the food, and it was hot, but not as flavorful as what we're used to, and the last bowl seemed like they just filled it with the shorter ends of the noodles. They charge $1 extra for credit card, so we tried to pay with cash. That took a lot more time, partly because they had to calculate everything manually. Probably an off day, but wouldn't come here with larger parties!

I ordered from Pho 38 on their online menu. I called it in, I ordered 2 pork spring rolls from them for 5.75 and #55 on the menu which is salt and pepper calamari with steamed rice or substitute for vegetable chow main for 8.99. My husband went and picked up food. They charged him 32 dollars and change. I called them, the guy that took my order said, they don’t do substitutions. So they charged me 15 dollars for plain vegetable chowmain noodles. My husband went to talk to them thinking maybe they misunderstood me. But the guy and the wife just argued with him, and went and pointed at the We have right to refuse service to anyone, sign. Disappointing. Besides that, the calamari was so salty i could not eat it. There was a piece of plastic wrapper in my spring roll and the 15 dollar noodles were too oily. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50
