Possibly the best eatery in the area. The food is usually up there with what you might expect in Cabramatta and Canley Heights/Canley Vale. The service is always friendly. As the name suggests, they are great for Pho. The broth was light, strained well and not too dark, albeit a touch on the sweeter side. Aromatic and balanced, sliced beef, brisket, tendon, beef balls servings were decent. The cooked meat was cooked well, soft and the tendon was melty. Red rice and chicken was good, decent for a dish they don't specialise in. Shaking beef with rice was a bit of a let down. The beef was overcooked and they didn't velvet it. Adding a pinch of baking soda moments before cooking would have transformed it. In saying that, the flavours were still great. Would come back for the pho 100% beats anything in Revesby, Panania, Padstow in terms of Vietnamese food.
