Food was great! I enjoyed it very much. Did not feel rushed even though we showed up within an hour of closing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

$14.00 for a large pho... I walked out hungry... At least more Noodles, every pho restaurant in this area gives you tiny kids portions.. If you raise the price give more food.... Pho cost nothing to make. Also the servers are not too friendly here. For$14.00 I could have gotten a dinner size beef and broccoli at a Chinese restaurant or a steak at long horn. Food: 1 Service: 1

Phở Pasteur Restaurant off Matlock Road in Arlington, TX is a fantastic spot to stop for Vietnamese food! Phở Pasteur contributes to the rich diversity in Arlington by providing authentic Vietnamese dishes that are delicious and at a reasonable price. I recommend you give Phở Pasteur a try if you're in the mood for Asian cuisine! Food: When we go, I often order the PHỞ BÒ - BEEF NOODLE SOUP - a meal in a bowl of their famous, uniquely delicious Vietnamese beef noodle soup, cooked for over 12 hours, and topped with scallions, sliced onion, cilantro, and served with a side of fresh sprouts, basil, saw-tooth herb, jalapeños, and lime wedges. I usually order the #11. Đặc Biệt Pasteur - a large bowl of Pasteur’s traditional combination with rare steak, well-done brisket, flank, tendon, and meatballs. You can't go wrong with this one! Service: The staff is kind and attentive as soon as you walk in. They don't overstep or hover, but they make sure you're taken care of when you dine-in. Atmosphere: The seating between tables is a bit tight, especially if you're seated along the wall. When it's busy, it makes getting in and out of the seats difficult. Once you're in, it's not that bad, but if you need to get up, it's a bit cumbersome. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Beef Pho, Bún Bò Nướng Sả, Soup, Spring Roll, Rare Steak, Pho 20 Large, Steak, Side of Rice Large to Com Lon
