I really enjoyed eating at Pho Queen. The food was delicious, with rich and tasty flavours made from fresh ingredients. The service was also excellent, as the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Overall, I had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend Pho Queen to anyone looking for a delicious meal and outstanding customer service. I visited after a friend highly recommended the signature beef rib pho. Unfortunately, I think I came on a day when the meat was much fattier than usual—the rib had a lot of fat as picture, which was disappointing. The beef was served in a large piece, so you have to cut it yourself. However, they only provided a small pair of scissors that felt more like stationery scissors than proper kitchen scissors, making it quite difficult and inconvenient to cut the meat. The beef itself wasn’t the soft, melt-in-your-mouth style I was expecting. It was a little on the chewy side. Overall, the meal wasn’t bad, but considering how highly it was recommended, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere.
