Breakfast Heaven at Piacere! (Yes, with Ice Cream! ) If you follow my reviews, you already know that I am utterly head-over-heels in love with the Shangri-La Tokyo, and a massive part of that love story is because of the morning breakfast at Piacere! My family and I eat here every single morning we stay at the hotel, and it never fails to blow us away. As always, the food was absolutely fantastic! I have eaten more plates of their Eggs Benedict here than I would ever dare confess to a nutritionist, but they are worth every single calorie. I made sure to snap some gorgeous photos of that perfectly poached goodness, so you can see the mouthwatering details for yourself! Now, hear me out on this next part. When you are getting ready to leave, your stomach might say, "Oh wow, I am so full I couldn't possibly eat another bite!" But I am telling you right now: DO NOT LISTEN TO IT. YOU MUST EAT THE ICE CREAM! I know, I know... it’s breakfast, and it's early in the morning. I DO NOT CARE! You are on vacation, rules do not apply, and this ice cream is incredibly fresh, local, and totally life-changing. I'm not sure how but I had no photos of the ice cream, but get it! We visited the restaurant as in house guests. It is a convenient choice for travelers but the Restaurant didn’t disappoint us. It has nice atmosphere/decoration. Staffs are very attentive and well-mannered. We like every dishes esp. the Beef stake and Tiramisu. Bread is also very chewy. Price is on a high side though. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
