Wonderful fresh ingredients with a uniform taste throughout. Friendly staff and quick service. Portions could be bigger, but still filling.

I am absolutely BAFFLED as to how this place has received anything over 2 stars. I have never posted anything negative about restaurants on Yelp but considering this is the second time my experience has been awful, I thought they should know. Maybe this was a complete fluke that I had two unpleasant experiences?!? I tried it out a few weeks after it first opened, and it was all right. Had a meatball and pasta, was just OK, fairly cold, mushy, and not a lot of flavor to the meat itself, sauce was good. Staff looked absolutely clueless as to what they were doing, appeared to have no process, nothing was organized, and took forever even though there was only maybe two other people in line. I shrugged it off to the fact that it was still fairly new, and people were probably still learning. Fast forward over a year and a half later, and it appears nothing has changed, in fact is maybe worse? Stopped in around 615 on a Thursday night. Literally only two people sitting in the entire restaurant, one guy waiting for an online order. So, no one in front of me.....I ordered a meatball, just by itself with sauce the kids meatball meal, and roasted cauliflower. Again, the staff was wondering around aimlessly, no sense of urgency whatsoever, and kept going back-and-forth between peoples meals that were now behind me - taking things in and out of bags out of confusion - leaving things open to get cold - three times I was told the meatballs were on the way ... THIRTY minutes later my food was finally ready ---- are you kidding me?! My cauliflower was ice cold and the meatballs were flavorless mush-I received a "buy one get one free" card? Seriously? I should have been offered a refund, or at minimum a free item. the staff was nice, pleasant, but had absolutely no knowledge of how this place should be ran- please get some new training or management to help this place out!!!
