Want to have a calm afternoon lunch? Piatto is definitely the place for that. Though the food is not strictly adhering to Italian cuisine, it’s still great food. I’d recommend their pastas or chickem parm dishes- Their pizza could use some work. I’d recommend going on weekdays, since their lunch offers are great! Not to mention their staff and service being tentative and prompt. Lastly, the atmosphere is great, it’s got natural lighting and a beautiful interior, decorated with a natural looking brick theme with faux plants. The fountains are a great addition for some white noise ambiance. Definitely a great place for a relaxing lunch. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Piatto is a restaurant that I have been eating at, in different cities, for years but in Riyadh, this has to be the best one. Its located in exit 5 on quite a busy road so parking can be quite difficult especially in the evenings. Their is however free street parking available a minute or 2 away. This is the best branch in Riyadh because of the aesthetics, vibes, customer service and of course the food. This is quite a big branch with seating available outside, inside and I believe upstairs. It's also very clean, modern and extremely spacious. They have a salad bar with a wide variety of salads along with soup + an ice cream bar. The salad bar have some very nice choices - my favourite is the Tuna and the chicken one (their was only one). I didn't try the soup and croutons and the ice cream, they have around 8 flavours but tbh they didn't sound or look too appealing to me so I went with the vanilla, which was absolutely fantastic - I'd definitely recommend the Vanilla ice cream if you're a fan. For the mains, we went at lunchtime and they had a weekday lunchtime offer (12-6pm) so we ordered the Wild Mushroom chicken & the chicken Parmigiana. The chicken Parmigiana was lovely - the entire dish was cooked well and full of flavour and the other dish was okay lol. The mushroom sauce was good but overall, the dish was a bit 'flat' imo. Overall an excellent Piatto branch but I personally wouldn't recommend the 'Wild Mushroom Chicken' dish.
