When guests arrive at the restaurant, they are provided with the à la carte menu and the wine list. On every page of these menus, at the bottom, it is written that a 10% service charge will be added to the final bill. The amount added to your bill was calculated from the total amount you spent and was not a fixed charge, as mentioned in your comment. If at any time something on the menu or the bill is unclear, our team is always happy to help, and guests are always welcome to ask the staff for clarification. We would also like to mention that our restaurant is visited not only by hotel guests but also by many guests from the city. We also have many returning guests who appreciate good service and high-quality food. In addition, the practice of applying a service charge is used in many restaurants across Lithuania.
