I had heard a lot of good reviews about this place, so I decided to give it a try with my husband and daughter. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. We had to wait outside in line just to place our order, and even then, several items we wanted weren’t available. Some of the snacks we tried weren’t very good, and the drinks didn’t taste natural—they seemed more like powdered mixes. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with this location and wouldn’t come back. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Went on Sunday and they got my order wrong. I went in today again to give them another try and asked specifically which manzana items had certain ingredients . Ultimately I decided to order two Manzana Locas and got it wrong yet again. I got manzana bomba. I paid $26 for my order to be wrong again? After being a customer for years, you just lost my business. I won’t be coming back again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing customer service! Ethan was very helpful and super nice. He made our visit great with his excellent customer service. My kids loved their snacks, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend the North location of Picate Mucho! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
