One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. The story is great. I made a reservation about a month in advance and when I arrived on the day/time it was clear that they had forgotten/lost my reservation. We were informed that the upper room would be open and our table would be available there. As a result, we waited for around 20 minutes and were taken to a table on the ground floor, then removed from this table because, according to the receptionist, “it was for another reservation” (probably for more special people, since I also made a reservation!) and, finally, , we were placed at a table on the upper floor. The service from reception to departure was terrible, provided by people who seemed to be uncomfortable with our presence or dissatisfied with their work on an Easter Sunday. The food is ok for vegan dishes with flavors that try to imitate the taste of meat. I don't particularly like this. I prefer natural flavors with dishes developed from the valorization of vegan ingredients. The evaluation could even be better, as the price was “ok” but not justified by the amount charged. Unjustifiable! I won't go back and I don't recommend it! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

After so much advertising, I decided to go to Piccoli Cucina. I tried the Ginger Ale (drink), arancini, rondelle with ham and cheese and the fettucine + polpeta. My assessment is divided into two: 1 - Food: it is good. When I say good, it's not a compliment, after all, it's a restaurant that charges almost 100 reais a dish. To pay 100 reais for a dish it has to be at least great, and unfortunately that wasn't the case. Items on the dish were not at the same temperature, such as fettucine + polpeta, in which the pasta was at room temperature and the pulpa was extremely hot. Arancini, which was supposed to be filled with cheese (probably chestnut) had the taste and texture of beans. The dough was stickier than standard fresh dough. But all of this was detail, but considering the luxury that the owner wants to convey, these are negative factors. 2 - Service. I must emphasize that the attendant was a sweetheart, but... it was just her. One girl to serve dozens of customers. Not to mention the reduced team of cooks on the day. Considering the average price paid per person, something could have been done to have more staff, which indicates a notable carelessness on the part of the enterprise's management. Therefore, if you want to spend more than 100 reais on a dish of decent quality, I recommend it. Other than that, I think you can go to other places with better food. Considering the disappointment, I won't be returning for a long time.
