I ordered online and clicked my previous order to add to my current order which was a steak grinder. They were out of sub rolls that day (which it gave me no notice of when I added it to my order) and they substituted it with a wrap. I like their food but am not a fan of the wraps they use so I wouldn’t have put the order in had I known. The online photo for the steak and cheese is also very clearly a grinder. I also used a $10 reward on this order which means I am a repeat customer who has spent at least $200 there since this was my second reward redeemed. I spoke with the owner’s daughter and asked if I could at least get my $10 reward back to use another day and they refused. $10 to not have my business again hardly seems worth it but these people are clearly not about customer service. Would not recommend them at all

Pick Pockets is the BEST!! The food is always so fresh and delicious. I usually get “the works” which is a pita wrap with falafel, tabouleh, hummus, tahini dressing, lettuce, and tomato. It is amazing, and enough for two people. Their hummus and homemade pita chips are great for snacking, and the salads (including their curried chicken salad and Greek salad with grilled chicken) are some of my other favorites. If you like falafel, hummus, delicious homemade or Mediterranean food, you have to go here! And if you haven’t tried this type of food (as I know it is pretty rare in this area), you should try it!!
