My visit to the Picos de Avila restaurant was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing experiences I have had in a gastronomic establishment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I paid the bill, everything was a complete disaster. To begin with, the decor of the place was depressing. The atmosphere was gloomy and lacking any kind of personality. The tables and chairs looked like they had been purchased at a second-hand store, and the overall look conveyed a feeling of lack of care and attention. Customer service was another unfortunate aspect of my experience. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. It took them forever to take my order and when they finally did, they made mistakes on several occasions. Additionally, they showed no willingness to resolve issues or make me feel welcome as a customer. But the worst of all was the food. The name of the restaurant, "De Ávila", turned out to be a very accurate description of the dishes on offer. I ordered a ribeye and to my surprise, it was completely tasteless. Undercooked and the sauce lacked any kind of seasoning or distinctive flavor. It was an extremely disappointing dining experience and I cannot understand how a restaurant can serve such mediocre food. To top it off, the prices were excessive in relation to the quality of the food and service. I didn't feel like I was getting any value for my money and left the place feeling ripped off and completely dissatisfied. In short, it was a complete disaster. From the lack of atmosphere and poor service, to the tasteless food and exorbitant prices, there is nothing I can recommend about this place. If you are looking for a memorable and satisfying dining experience, I suggest you avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I was a guest for about 15 years and it left very little to be desired, the waiters seemed to always be eager, they didn't even let people eat, when they were already clearing, while the mariachis arrived and the people stood they went through everything, I I didn't even try the second course and the same with the cake (because if you weren't in your chair at that moment, they wouldn't give it to you, they didn't respect knowing that someone was sitting there), they didn't even leave it to the children, a shame Besides, the menu they offered was not the best, they lack at least a little glamor and etiquette, the same thing happened with the cake... anyway I was thinking of taking the room for my wedding celebration in general and also for others family events, but definitely NOT, thank goodness I realized it in time, because this is not the first time I have heard these things about this restaurant and its menus.
