It's not the same place it used to be. The cake is dry and stale. I miss the sweet neighborhood cake store where the cakes were to die for and the people were friendly and nice. Sadly that seems to be gone.

Our business bought cupcakes to celebrate our employees birthdays this month and Piece of cake has ruined the day and birthdays for many. We ordered cupcakes and received them all out of place and smashed together. We called in hopes that they will make it right. I was advised by the "manager" Keiry that they cannot replace the cupcakes. We provide them business every month and spend 100s of dollars. This is ridiculous for something we did not do. I do not recommend piece of cake and we will take our business else where and suggest you do the same!

Very disappointed with this location. I went to pick up a couple of cupcakes and asked which ones (any flavor) were made today and the associate initially said he would let me know which ones and then switch it to all the flavors. Of course I didn’t necessarily believe that but took a chance and surely enough when I got home found one cupcake was fresh and the other was dried out and icing hardening. Very disappointed since I only had one requirement and that was it was made today. I didn’t even care what flavor. Just wanted fresh cupcakes.
