Best restaurant in Launceston? My wife and I reckon so. The food and service is beyond wonderful and if we are ever back in Launceston this is the first place we'll be booking. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: A$140–160

Where do I start ?. I was a little bit sceptical at first as this is a fine dining restaurant and I truly have not been to a fine dining restaurant before. Well to be honest I thought I had but this place brings a whole new meaning to fine dining. Everything about this restaurant is the meaning of fine dining from the professional welcome we recieved to the Heavenly meals presented like fine pieces of artwork on a plate. I'm going to be truly honest with everyone. Stelo at Pierre's has to be the most amazing restaurant my partner and I have ever been to and it's not going to be easy to top this place, in fact, I don't think I ever will. From the staff and the amazing meals to the decor and the atmosphere... this restaurant is truly a heaven on earth for lovers of truly fine dining... And to say we most definitely will be back when we return to Launceston. Thanks again to the wonderful staff and chefs for a most amazing and memorable culinary experience as we were truly blown away.... thanks again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $120–140
