I ordered the carne asada fries but with birria. I called ahead over the phone and was given a 15 min wait. I got there at 15 min and received my food. I love the food! Definitely going back! Better than most of the local restaurants in the Reno/Sparks area. As a private chef and business owner I know a thing or two about food and this place has it. I was told about this place a while ago but never tried it until recently. The food is hands down delicious. Customer service from Laura is very friendly with excellent customer service. The magic is in the back where the chefs pay close attention to detail on the explosive flavors. The addition of the home made salsa’s are delicious. They bring out additional flavor to any meat you pair it with. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Come and enjoy some great food at Pinches Tacos.
