Tried their favourite tapsilog and it was a grave mistake. First off, we waited 30+mins for our food. So many other people who ordered after us got their food. What was taking them so long??? What came out for a menu item that seems to be their top (since it clearly mentions "favourite") was mediocre at best. The meat was dry, overcooked, and tough. The two eggs were fully cooked like what you'd get in McD breakfast muffins, not even a bit of jammy yolk. The biggest disappointment of all was the rice. It had bits of garlic but was surprisingly so lackluster in flavour. The vineger sauce that came on the side was too sour. It just tasted like slightly watered down white vinegar that hardly complimented any of the other components of the meal. Very unpleasant. Take your money elsewhere. If you must try, at least don't get their favourite tapsilog, not worth the extra money you pay for this "favourite" item listed on the top of their menu. Tried many filipino food serving places in Vaughan, North York, Mississauga, many of these places serve good food. But this place is exceptional in taste. I’d say this is the BEST so far. Atmosphere is a different conversation since this is in a mall food court. Don’t judge it by where it is. SOBRANG SARAP! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It was our first time to visit Yuan Ming Supermarket as we are not from the city. We saw the Pinoy Express inside the foodcourt and thought of trying their food. Service was awesome and staffs are all friendly. Why 3 stars? as soon as they served their Sisig, we can already smell its “Panis” and tasted sour and was so excited to try it and didn't expect it tastes and smell that bad. We informed them about it and he pretend not aware of it or feels shocked. For food business owners, be aware of food the you served to all of your customer as food poisoning is bad and can end up losing your business. By the way, he gave us another food to replace the sisig. We brought home their “Dinakdak” from our left over and as soon as we reheat it at home it went bad as well.. Oh well, Sorry never coming back..
