If you’re in the mood for casual Italian with a lively atmosphere in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, Piola is a solid choice—and the experience is even better if you’re lucky enough to be served by Orlando. From the moment we were seated, Orlando set the tone for the evening. He was attentive without being overbearing, friendly but still professional, and clearly knew the menu inside and out. He offered thoughtful recommendations and checked in at just the right moments, making the whole dining experience feel easy and enjoyable. The food at Piola lived up to expectations. We went for the all-you-can-eat gnocchi, which was a standout—soft, pillowy, and perfectly cooked. The variety of sauces kept things interesting, and each round came out fresh and flavorful, making it hard not to go back for more. The ambiance is relaxed yet energetic—ideal for anything from a casual dinner with friends to a laid-back date night. Between the quality of the food and Orlando’s excellent service, the experience felt seamless from start to finish. Been here a couple of times and have always had a good experience with the pizza. This time I also ordered a Letil soup and chicken parm, and it was good. The service is always good and the atmosphere as well; good for family and friends. They also have italian beers, for the beer lovers. Totally recommeneded. First time I visited this place and I will definitely be coming back. We had the Calamari for starters and you can tell it was really freshly made. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was amazing! The sauce was just the perfect tomato balance. Another thing to add is that the server Orly was the most detailed and attentive waiter we had! He came around to check on us , he gave us amazing suggestions and he was super sweet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
