Fantastic food and drinks both times we came here. Gorgeous views too, with lots of hummingbirds!

The location is beautiful and has great views, that’s why the ratings are high. There are only uncomfortable stools to sit though. Food is 2/5: no effort, carton juice (half frozen), bad packaged bread, zero creativity or attention to detail, only basic “tinto” coffee. Service is not great, nor bad. This has so much potential to be better and I hope they find a good cook with nice ideas!

I can totally recommend this place for a stay! It is located a bit outside the busy village, a 15 min walk up the hill. But the walk is worth every minute, because you get a quiet place in the wonderful nature. The rooms offer a great view, with hummingbirds visiting you on your large balcony. The room and bathroom were generous as well and absolutely clean. There is a water dispenser in the hallway as well as a fridge and even a microwave. The place offers a nice breakfast and the people working at Pistacho were very sweet and helpful. All in all, a great experience! Service: 5
