Best calzone I’ve had in Boston. Unfortunately, every time I order from this place there is an issue with getting the correct items. This was showcased today, when I ordered a calzone, 8 chicken fingers, and a 2 liter of Diet Coke. I was given a pizza, 5 chicken fingers, and a couple single bottles of Coke which did NOT accumulate to 2 liters in volume. After I reported the issue to grubhub, I received a 2 minute long, hard to hear voicemail on my phone from Pizza 24’s number. It was hard to make out, but it sounded like they were complaining about my complaint, and diverting the blame. I am very disappointed, because again, I really enjoy the food here. Food: 5 Service: 1

Thank you for your kind words about the calzone we truly appreciate it. We ‘are Sorry for the confusion about your order and understand about your frustration . If any item was prepared incorrectly in our hand we sincerely apologize . This delivery was handled with a third party driver , the order left in our store sealed with 2L diet pepsi given at pickup , so we’re unsure if a mixing up happened during delivery . We did try to call better understand what was missing and help resolve the issue , and we’re sorry if the voicemail was unclear . We value you as a customer and hope to provide a smoother experience next time.
