I almost never leave reviews of any kind, but I really feel that the employees at this store deserved a positive review for their amazing customer service. They kept me updated on the process of my pizzas, gave me honest feedback when I was looking over the menu, and were just overall kind people to be around. I am not from Merced but would stop back into this store ANY time! The pizza was delicious and the alfredo was spot on! They were short staffed it seemed (only 2 employees) but that didn't seem to slow them down or alter their attitudes which was great. I didn't get their names but I hope they are recognized for the service they provided! (My visit was 7/6 around 7pm). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Let me tell you about my experience here in Merced with the pizza factory with Ms jade !!!! This woman is a game changer for my kids and wonderful at always taking our orders this is our pizza spot .. and it will never change I love when I come in and jade is working because she always helps us and always with a smile and a joke for my kids !!! I would highly recommend her for employee of the month . My kids know her voice when we call in an order lol we love her at pizza factory and we love the WHOLE TEAM AT PIZZA FACTORY IN MERCED !!! Shout out to you workers best pizza I’ve had even my mom says so and she don’t ever eat pizza cause it gives her heart burn and this pizza doesn’t !!!! You guys have made pizza factory our home !!!
