Spent over $120 on a family dinner. The ingredients tasted old and/or burnt. The spaghetti sauce was like it had been simmering all day, so it had a burnt taste to it and was a thick paste. 3 different pizzas and they were sub-par freshness of the ingredients; not to mention the crust was like rubber. A few people in the group had the all you can eat salad bar; however, they only got one serving as the staff broke down the salad bar at 645 pm despite the fact they are open until 8pm. It also doesn't make for a comfortable atmosphere when the staff are putting chairs up, mopping and cleaning the bathrooms at 7pm. It's great trying to eat with all the cleaning chemical smells. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Delicious pizza loaded with pepperoni and mushrooms just the way we like it! We ordered the wings and meatballs. EVERYTHING was so delicious! Delivery was fast and our delivery guy was so sweet. Highly recommend Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

I’ve had Pizza Factory before, it’s good and fine but I wouldn’t say it’s THE BEST. I took my family there for pizza and had a good experience to start, but after 1 hour and 35 minutes of no pizza, seeing people get their food who arrived after us, we asked for a refund and left. They gave us a coupon to come back but might not. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
