The Pizza Taste very nice. But I dont know, if I will Come again. Because I allways Look at two points. 1. Quality -> the Pizza tast very Good, one of the Best in Kuurne 2. Service -> and here we Come to the point. I called to order Pizza. I said we are there in 40min -> Normaly there is no problem that the Pizza should be ready then. (when there is a lot to Do and They will say on the Phone, it need longer, no problem) But when I Come after 40min to get my Pizza and then I need to wait there for 20min more. Sorry, but for what then I called???! In my eyes that is very unsympatic and a big point to think, if I will Come again, or Not and my Intention is more to Not come again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2

Next month Pizza Home will be celebrating its 32nd anniversary, this has already happened to other customers where the order was not ready at the agreed time, but almost everyone at least shows understanding and SYMPATHY, especially when it is busy and too hot.
