I ordered a pizza online for pickup and when I got there they were closed. It was within their published operating hours. I waited around for over 30 minutes and still nothing. The customer service line was also no help, all he said was the store should be open.

Came in for a simple pizza and left completely disgusted — not by the food, but by the management. My pizza came out burnt. That happens, it’s not the end of the world. But the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Our server was clearly slammed — running around trying to hold everything together by herself. Meanwhile the general manager was nowhere to be found. Why? Because she was sitting in the back office the whole time. And I say “office” loosely because that room looked like a converted Diddy room. Make that make sense. Instead of getting off her chair and helping her staff, she eventually came out just to berate the employees right there in front of me. Loud, disrespectful, and embarrassing to watch. These workers were doing their best with no support and that’s the thanks they get. I felt bad for every single person on that floor. That’s not managing, that’s hiding until it’s time to yell. I won’t be back. Corporate needs to know what’s going on at this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely love stopping in at this pizza hut while on the road for work. The people are so friendly in this small town. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and food. And a special thanks too there server Kendra... she was kind, courteous... and made sure my glass stayed full. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
