Worst pizza I've ever had and service, well there really wasn't any. They act like they are pissed off for being there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Pan pizza used to be awesome! It os no longer thick or toasted and buttery on the sides. The crust is absolutely horrible!!! Please bring back that crispy, toasted, buttery crust the pan pizzas used to have!!! Otherwise I guarantee you will be shut down!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I was going to leave a sympathetic review because they seem to never have drivers to deliver. After reading the other reviews, I don't want a half hearted reply saying to email you with more details. That seems to be the main response to negative experiences on your Google reviews. How about I don't email you and just be done with pizza Hut. I was a loyal customer for well over a decade and now I'm ordering pizza king. They always make an order workout and the food is inuch better hands and you feel like you're being taken care of with your order. I'm done with pizza hut shiftiness and sub par pizza. I'm not sorry y'all lost a regular. How about corporate learn how to run a pizza joint. That way you can pass it onto the franchises. Or keep trying to collect a carefree check while people eventually turn elsewhere. I only choose pizza Hut because of the delivery option. Rensselaer delivery is shotty at best. When I lived Monticello, pizza Hut was top notch! Step up your game or fall behind. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
