Went in for pizza ,they said they would be right with us ,10 min later nothing, walked out never go back again

I *LOVE* your Pizza! Very delicious! I have loved Pizza Hut for years since I was a kid growing up & still enjoy every minute of it! Dont EVER change your ingredients! One of my *FAVORITE* places to be with my family & I will never stop loving your pizza, just dont change it lol Please?! You deserve 10 stars! When me & my 4 brothers were kids,our grandparents on my dads side would always take us out for supper every thursday to the one on Dewey Avenue near Northgate & a lot of times we would pick Pizza Hut & its good to know your pizza never changed! We love it!! Thank you soo much! The only problem we found was that all the tables are sticky, I would suggest using table cloths like the plastic ones or a table cloth with a plastic cover to protect it,they work good! I have jus one question,How come the slices are smaller now & years ago they used to be BIG slices??

Went in yesterday. Sticky table, 1 person making food, seating, and waiting. Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas for my kids, took over 30 min to get them. My son hated his pizza but I never saw the waitress again after we got the pizza. Waited 15 min for a box ended up just leaving the food cuz never was able to get the box. Ringing out took another 15 min. The waitress was nice but everything seemed to fall on her. When I was in line to ring out, no pizza was left on the buffet for the entire time I was waiting!
