EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE me and my friends wanted pizza for dinner and after a long road trip from El Paso, wanted something to eat. We usually go to little ceasers back home and the occasional pizza hut, but we decided to try pizza hut for the first time in Ruidoso. unfortunately this was also our last. It took us 15 to even be acknowledged, keep in mind there was an employee in the kitchen just standing around doing nothing. My friend, who has worked in the service industry for years who understands the struggles of restaurant industry, made eye contact with her 3 times trying to get her attention but she’d just look away. We tried getting the workers attention but they all ignored us until finally a kind male employee assisted us. they said it’ll be 10 minutes but in reality it took 20. We were already frustrated at this point but already paid 18 bucks for a normal pepperoni pizza so we just went with it. in addition, the waiting area for to-go food is directly in front of the kitchen or enough to where can see into the back of house. if the food is going to be taking forever and a half and is mediocre at best, at LEAST make sure the employees are wearing gloves when they prep the food. Ruidoso needs to add a Little Ceasers they’d never do guests dirty like this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
