Ordered a pizza, wings, and extra sauce. I placed the order online for delivery through Pizza Hut and left a tip online (in addition to a delivery fee). Pizza Hut used a 3rd party delivery service (DoorDash) and didn’t give the driver the tip I left for the delivery person. The driver instead was confused and frustrated that he didn’t receive a tip for his service. This makes me look bad even though I already provided a tip in addition to the delivery fee. If you can’t deliver pizzas as corporate pizza company, you should close shop. Honestly the last time I will be giving this shady business my money. Pizza was good, nothing against the food itself, but very sketchy operations. They need to provide the tip left for the driver instead of pocketing the money themselves. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Kevin, We have systems in place for each Door Dash Driver to receive their tips from each tip. Pizza Hut does not keep any of the tips that customers provide to the drivers. We will review this concern with our door dash partners so we can effectively communicate to our drivers where they can find their tips for each drive. The Pizza was waiting for me when I get there to pick up. They were fast then I thought Pizza was very hot and yummy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience. I ordered takeout and repeated my order twice to make sure it was correct. I specifically asked for a stuffed crust pizza, but the pizza I received did not have stuffed crust and it was not fully cooked. The breadsticks were almost burnt and everything tasted terrible. On top of that, they still charged me for the order I originally placed even though it was wrong. Very disappointing food quality and service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
