I didn't think to read the reviews before I came to this place. It's a mess!!! Customer service was great, however the food was awful. Went at noon for buffet because I was waiting for this place to open after lunch. Poor waitress she had to work both sides by herself and she definitely handled it. All the pizza was overcooked to the point you could hardly recognize what type of pizza it was. The salad bar looked a mess and needed to be cleaned properly, men bathroom smelled and looked like a freaking truck stop. The place need to he closed down Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner because we are both Dashers and it was close to our drops. We literally SAT for 10 minutes! No drinks, no server, no acknowledgment, nothing!!! After reflecting on the situation, we decided to go to the establishment on Caraway Road. Needless to say, we were greeted immediately with well wishes and smiles from EVERYONE!!! Shame on you Southwest Dr!!! You should send ALL of your employees to Caraway Road to learn some etiquette on how to deal with the public from the professionals!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This pizza inn is horrible . They take so long to make your order . I went and made an order tonight and went in there and stood for 2 whole hours before getting my food and the food was cold when I got it. Please don’t go here ! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
