The Original Pizza Plus Inc.

Hi Esmeralda, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand your concern. We take food quality and safety extremely seriously and want to reassure you that our meats are properly stored, handled, and regularly checked for freshness. We have no indication of any issue with the pepperoni or other ingredients used. It’s possible that something during the preparation or cooking process affected the aroma or flavor of your pizza, but regardless, what you experienced is not the experience we want any of our customers to have. I would personally appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please feel free to call me directly at 519-818-3775, and I’ll be more than happy to take care of you and make up for your experience. Thank you again for letting us know, and we hope you’ll give us an opportunity to serve you better.
