We had a spur of the moment dinner at Pizza Ranch tonight. The food was great, as usual, the best chicken ever. Tonight was special though because Alex, the young man responsible for taking care of cleaning tables in our area, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He was very manerly, asking before removing anything from the table, he was attentive without being obtrusive, and he was very friendly exchanging some small talk and answering our questions. You could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. Thank you, Alex. Hope we see you again next time we are in!

We waited at the counter to pay for long enough for us to wonder if we are supposed to seat ourselves. Once the lady came to the register she was more worried about talking to our kids than just letting us pay for our food after we had already been waiting. We paid $16.99 each for two adults and around $4 for one child. The buffet had absolutely no fresh pizza, the pizzas out were made up each slice of another pizza. The soda I got first had no syrup in it, only carbonation. My child had to use the restroom and it was the dirtiest, nastiest bathroom I have ever seen. I had to clean the floor in front of the toilet to be able to stand and hold my child over the poop covered toilet. When I went to get my child’s drink I watch an employee scooping out the ice from under the grate into a bucket with her bare hands. While she was doing this the grate dropped into the floor and she walked on the grate before picking it up and putting it directly back onto the soda machine. There was trash on the floor. The place was filthy dirty and we paid almost $40 to eat a couple stale pieces of pizza. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We eat here all the time pizza and the buffet are great and a great value but their fried chicken is the best in springfield. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp out front and no steps inside
