The staff at Pizza Ranch were very hardworking and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. However, the food itself was pretty mediocre for an $18 buffet. I expected better quality and fresher options, but the overall food quality wasn’t that great. Still, the atmosphere and customer service made the experience decent overall. Take out issues. We have eaten at this restaurant numerous times and I have nothing bad to say about it. My issue in this review is the take out. Granted, this was Mother’s Day and I assumed they would be busy so we tried to give them time with a longer period between ordering and pickup. When we arrived they were busy and we were told it would be an additional 10 minute wait. After close to 10 minutes we were told another 10 minutes. As this window approached we were informed that the macaroni side we ordered they don’t carry anymore so asked us for a substitute. We decided on bread sticks so they needed to heat those which extended our wait. After getting our order we headed home to the family for dinner. We had ordered 20 piece chicken family order of tators and gravy and the family macaroni salad. Since they no longer have the salad they substituted bread sticks. Other than the extra long wait we had, they also gave us a single order of bread sticks and not the family size. Not only was there a shortage but it was a $7 short in our disadvantage. I’m not sure if they were just busy with takeouts, though we didn’t see anyone else come in for take out while waiting or just not adapted well to doing take out orders. Regardless I will recommend them for dining in but maybe think twice before ordering chicken meals takeout. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Ranch and I can honestly say it deserves every bit of this 5-star review. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a really comfortable vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. The buffet was excellent. The pizza was fresh, hot, and constantly being restocked, so there was always something good available. They had a great variety of pizzas, and everything we tried tasted great. The chicken was also really good—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sides and salad bar had plenty of options, and the dessert pizzas were a perfect way to finish the meal. What really made this visit stand out, though, was the service. I want to give a huge shoutout to Robert for doing such a great job. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive the entire time we were there. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure customers were having a good experience. He kept things running smoothly, checked in when needed, and had a great attitude the whole time. Employees like Robert make a big difference and really elevate the overall experience. It's not always easy to find a place where the food, atmosphere, and customer service are all this good, but Pizza Ranch definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great buffet and excellent service.
