I ordered a meat lovers pizza on uber eats, they then said the order was cancelled since they were out of meat lovers pizza, then I reordered, but I chose pepperoni instead, they cancelled that order as well saying that it was not available, why can’t they just disable the pizzas that are out of order instead of wasting our time? Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I bought a meat lovers at 7:11 pm on August 5th from this machine on Elgin St. Then after paying, the machine stopped working and got nothing. Then the machine was out of order. I checked my credit card and got charged for a piazza that I didn't get. I will never use your machine again after getting ripped. I told people what happened and they thanked me for warning them because they'll just lose their money and get ripped off... Never Again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Based on a recent visit. Pizza was overcooked/partially burnt. I've emailed customer service twice with no response. Usually a solid choice, maybe something was up with the machine, but the lack of response isn't great.
