They lose customers because of nonsense. I placed the order, accidentally chose the wrong edge and requested a change to the sequence. They didn't want to change the answer from the person who answered, it was simply: "I'm blocking you in the system so that the error doesn't happen again". Clowning. I recognize that I made the wrong choice but I requested an exchange and was treated that way. Excellent service, then the order was canceled and the conversation was impossible to respond to.
