After reviewing this no doubt the person answering the phone we can continue to coach to be better. However as you might be aware it takes months to train our employees how to make the pizza correctly as it is not cooked on a conveyor belt, I’m just going to say it “fake pizza” pizza oven it’s real pizza cooked on a proper oven stretched and cooked by hand and it’s a skill. We can def. Do better and will continue to plug away but I know they are making a great product as I was just there for a week and the current staff, shows up to work, cleans, cooks correct food etc. Which is way better than what we experienced the first two years of operation. I will speak to the staff member and share your feedback so we may improve.
