Hi David, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re honestly surprised to read this, as this isn’t the experience we want anyone to have. We were not aware of any issue involving the people on the table you mentioned, and we’re not sure what may have happened there (reviewing the cameras didn't seem to have anything wrong). In any case, we want to be clear that we welcome and appreciate EVERYONE in our store. Creating a comfortable space for all guests is very important to us. We spoke with the employee who took your order, and he shared that he let you know it would be about five minutes and that you could come back in. After reviewing our cameras, we saw you were standing to the side of the building, which isn’t visible from inside through the front glass. Unfortunately, that seems to be where the miscommunication happened. We agree the slice doesn’t look great — it likely became overly crisp and we apologize for that. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we’d be happy to offer a refund or a complimentary whole pizza to make it right.
