It was a Friday evening in March, I booked a table for me and my girlfriend for 10.30pm and they made us wait for almost half an hour outside; we realize that the placemats are dirty and the cutlery too, we ask to change the cutlery, and one of the annoyed waitresses brings us a fork, slamming it on the table in an annoyed manner. We order two very good pasta omelettes, but the pizzas were completely inedible, it was not possible to make changes to the pizzas as according to the menu all the products and flavors were harmoniously balanced with each other, but in reality the pizzas were bland, raw and unconvincing , so much so that after about 15 minutes we found ourselves with a stomach ache. High expectations but disappointing and unsatisfying reality. The cashier on the other hand was very kind unlike the dining room staff who argued for work reasons. Excellent raw materials and dishes on the menu, the service needs to be improved, I book a table a few days in advance, the reservation is accepted and confirmed, when we arrive at the restaurant they make us wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes because our table had to be freed up and therefore it wasn't available. Hello, in these cases I would have preferred to be told when booking that the pizzeria does not accept reservations. We sit down and find 2 bottles of still water on the table, and I ask the waitress who ordered them, saying that we don't drink water. I therefore recommend reviewing the management of reception and service, we will certainly return but without booking. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
