Dear Yao Chen, We are truly sorry for what happened during your friend’s birthday dinner. After reading your review, we completely understand why you left feeling disappointed and upset. A birthday celebration should feel joyful and cared for, not stressful and uncomfortable. Most importantly, we are deeply sorry that sauce and fish broth were spilled onto you while our staff was clearing the table. We can only imagine how unpleasant and embarrassing that must have felt in the middle of such an important evening. No guest should ever experience that. We also sincerely apologize for the confusion and lack of preparation surrounding the birthday cake service. Having children waiting while utensils were unavailable is not the experience we want any family to have at our restaurant. There is no excuse for the poor organization and lack of attentiveness you experienced that night. We take full responsibility, and we are already speaking with our team to improve both service training and large-party coordination moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us, even though we know the evening ended badly. We truly appreciate it, because it helps us recognize where we failed and where we need to do better. We would genuinely love the opportunity to apologize to you personally and make this right in a more meaningful way. If you are open to it, If you are willing to accept our apology, I have asked the friend who dined with you whether it would be possible to obtain your contact details so that I,Mandy—as the owner—may reach out to you personally. Again, we are very sorry that your celebration ended this way, and we hope one day we can give you the experience you originally came for.
