I really enjoy Playa Bowls and frequently visit this location because of its convenience and proximity to my home. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been disappointing. What frustrates me the most is the poor customer service when a concern is brought to an employee's attention. Instead of being understanding and professional, the employee(Nayeli) become visibly frustrated and make their displeasure known. During my most recent visit, my child received a bowl with extremely soft strawberries that neither looked nor tasted fresh. I brought the bowl back almost immediately, with only two or three strawberries having been eaten. Rather than simply acknowledging the issue and offering to replace the bowl, the employee engaged in a back-and-forth with me for 10 minutes. When she finally agreed to make a new bowl, she was visibly annoyed, making faces and clearly expressing her frustration. As paying customers, especially considering the prices Playa Bowls charges, we should expect fresh ingredients and courteous customer service. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but how employees handle those mistakes makes all the difference. It's unfortunate because I genuinely like Playa Bowls, but experiences like these will ultimately drive customers away. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the importance of professionalism and customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $40–50

The best Playa Bowls in America, and I have been to so many of them all over the country. It’s incredibly fresh; the staff goes the extra mile to make every single last ingredient the freshest thing you ever tasted. The location is incredibly priced compared to the ones on any of the NY state freshiest or the ones in Florida or anywhere else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
