Lovely beach parking in the streets around. Water was clear and plenty of fish to see whilst snorkeling. Few bars around as wrll

Platja del Racó is a large beach, consisting of 3 out of a continuous 8 kilometers in the Bay of Pals, with semi-thin sand and no waves. The beach is backed by the small town of Platja de Pals, with multiple accesses. The beach has a beautiful scenery, with views to the peninsulas of Begur on the South and the seaside town of L' Estartit and the islands of Illes Medes on the North. As it is facing the East, the shadow starts covering the beach earlier, with the sand covered in shadow around 1.5 hours before sundown.
