Really did not enjoy this 3 course meal experience. The chairs were not at the right height for the tablr so you were constantly leaning over to prevent food going down your clothes. Food not the freshest and not well seasoned. Mushrooms swimming in garlic sauce that felt like an oil slick. Undercooked chips raw in the middle. Salty sauce in the chicken that tried to had the lack of seasoning and flavour in the chicken. Lemon meringue tart which did not taste of lemon-a frankly astonishing feat! Placed by the toilets in the conservatory which was uncomfortably loud and warm. Did not say anything as I was with my friend who really loves this place and didn't want to spoil her experience. Would not eat here again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The review we couldn't leave direct due to a 100 max character limit ! Despite the hype our honest opinion of our first Poco Poco experience. We were all very generally disappointed with with the experience. The food could easily be mistaken for a serving at Bridgend, Miller & Carter, portions were small all the meats were over cooked and not seasoned. Despite the service delay a two hour eating slot for a table for six was very unexpected. Our table was situated in what only can be described as a fish bowl/ conservatory setting exceptionally loud and echo's beyond belief. We were asked at around the two hour mark to move to the bar this was totally unexpectable. The staff were polite but lacked proper training and constantly hovering around removing items from the table this was a real irritant. All in a very deep let down - maybe this explains why their was no begging for a tip at the end when it was time to settle up. The only positive part of the evening... We will defiantly not be returning or recommending Poco Poco. All the best for the future. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
