1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. I visited on June 24, 2026, at approximately 11:32 a.m. The business's posted hours clearly state that it opens at 11:00 a.m., yet the front door was still locked when I arrived. I could see an employee inside preparing things. After making eye contact and waving to get their attention, the employee simply walked into the back kitchen area and never came back. No one opened the door, no one acknowledged me, and no one offered any explanation. I waited outside for about five minutes, hoping someone would assist me, but I was completely ignored and eventually left. What is most frustrating is not that the business was running late. The problem is the complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. If you're not ready to open at your advertised business hours, at least communicate with waiting customers instead of pretending they aren't there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. I won't go there in the future. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great value for what you pay for. Long wait lines (they usually only have one person serving at a time) but totally worth it.

This is still, hands down, my favorite place to eat. Nothing compares to Poké Don. The fish is always so fresh, as well as the vegetables.
