Saturday lunch break. I’m out at the karting track and suddenly that craving hits — poke. Not sushi, not burgers poke. Quick search shows a spot about 15 minutes away, so I jump in the car. First thing I notice while checking reviews: Yelp shows 3.9 stars, but Google says 4.4. That already made me curious. Like what exactly are people complaining about here? I even started reading a few reviews before going in. Walking inside, the place is simple, clean, exactly what you expect from a casual poke spot. Nothing fancy, but that’s not why you come here anyway. What actually stood out right away was the service. The guy behind the counter was genuinely friendly — not the robotic “next customer please” kind of vibe. He walked me through the options, explained how their bowls work, and even let me taste a couple things before deciding. That alone already set the tone. The ingredients looked fresh across the board. You build your bowl step by step — rice, proteins, toppings, sauces. Pretty straightforward system, but everything was organized and clean behind the counter. The bowl itself? Really good. Fresh fish, balanced flavors, nothing drowning in sauce. Exactly the kind of lunch you want after burning energy at the track. And the price was honestly fair. I’ve eaten poke in places that charge noticeably more for basically the same portion. So yeah I’m still not sure why Yelp sits at 3.9, because my experience was solid from start to finish. Expectations vs reality matched perfectly. It’s not a fine-dining restaurant, and it’s not trying to be one. It’s a straightforward poke spot that does its job well. And honestly — I’ll definitely swing by again next time I’m nearby. So I visited this place today never been here and immediately was greeted and the girl was very nice and helpful with ordering and on my way out she ask if I wanted a refill on my ice tea I absolutely love the customer service here I will be back love a place with amazing customer service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was so scared to try Poke again since I had a bad experience at some other Poke spot. Pokeport made me love Poke again. I got the Small Fish Bowl and they really pack your bowl. I love that since other Poke spots are kinda stingy with their portions. I really recommend their cucumber is so refreshing. Without a doubt I plan on returning .Thank you to the Pokeport staff for being so welcoming & amazing . Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
