Pokeworks

Hi Blanca! We’re really glad you ordered online with us and got exactly what you picked—plus that the flavors hit the spot. That’s the kind of smooth experience and great taste we love delivering at Pokeworks. Hope to see you again soon!

Kamryn, I’m really sorry about the experience at Pokeworks—waiting around 20 minutes after ordering, then being told it would be “another 5–10 mins” and having to cancel is frustrating. We understand you want your food when you order it, and we’ll take your feedback seriously to help improve how quickly orders are handled. If you’d be willing to share a bit more about what happened (order details, time you ordered, and which location you visited), our team can look into the delay and work on preventing this going forward. Mahalo for letting us know, and we hope you’ll give Pokeworks another chance to make it right.
