Would order with talabat consistently. The food reminded me of what I grew up eating. Decided to go in person and wow. The atmosphere is so warming and welcoming. Very cozy and earthy. Beautiful paintings, designs, warm soft comfy chairs/sofas. They have an old vintage bookcase with a collection of books you can read while you spend your time there. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They were very polite and check on you, but not to much. Not how some places it seems to be a bother to you. They would give you your space to relax but keep an eye on you. Plants all around, a giant wooden tree architecture in the middle to bring everything together. Lights all around so it’s well lite, but not so much that it will give you a headache or that it takes away from the earthy side. The food was absolutely perfect. The recipes are just like I grew up with. Where you taste each individual parts natural flavor. You taste the natural meat, natural potatoes, natural vegetables, natural cabbage, natural broths, natural spices that don’t over power anything. And served on traditional plates/bowls that reminded me of my childhood. The homemade apple composite or cider was lovely. It tastes so natural and it’s like you are drinking an apple pie with cinnamon. The teas and coffee are lovely. As much as I want to keep this place a hidden gem and favorite of mine, everyone deserves to experience it. You’ll feel like you are in a completely different environment. I knew I will continue ordering their food on talabat, but now I know I will continue coming in person for the whole experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a wonderful experience at Polka Restaurant in Doha. The customer service was outstanding: the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We went my girlfriend and I to this restaurant looking for the Schitzel, the restaurant was great, good atmosphere and great food, we got the schnitzel and fish & chips which were amazing, the server, an african lady, which name i unfortunately don't remember, was running the whole show alone, we where so impressed! Keep up the great work! We will definitely go back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: QAR 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
