Great food and excellent service! The chicken and tacos were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived quickly. Everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just walked in 20 minutes before closing 9:40 and the young girl with a nasty attitude asked me if I had a calling order I said no. She said she couldn’t get my order because she was only waiting on her call ins orders to get picked up. This was my spot but I guess not anymore. Bad service Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time trying out El Pollo Pollo, I decided on going local vs buying from Pollo Regio and I'm glad I did. I bought a 2 piece with rice and beans and the papa asada with carnitas. The pollo had great flavor, the skin was nice and crunchy like I like it. Rice and beans were great, I loved the pickled onions they add to the salad, they were bomb. My only critique is that they removed the skin from the baked potato and placed it on a basket liner sheet so I had to be careful of pieces of liner. Next time I would just leave the skin on and no liner. But other than that it was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back! Oh and I forgot to snag pics of the food coz I was so hungry! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Baked Potatoes
