Came here for dinner and the food was delicious. I've found the Pollo Regio chain has consistent delicious food, especially the chicken. This time my boyfriend had the torta which was huge! He could only finish half. I had the 4 piece special. It included a drink and dessert. The dessert was a cajeta churro. OMG! It was warm and soft and about the best churro I have ever had. Our order could easily feed 4 people as we have leftovers for two more meals. Adriana who works here was great! Friendly and fast service - with our hot food, drink refills, salsa bar requests and requests for to go box. Clean dining area with plenty of seating. My only regret was not taking a picture of my food! Highly recommend this location on Live Oak. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The new restaurant setup, th salsa bar setup and system that you have to ask for them and soda machine have to ask for a refill. And barely have staff to man all the stations so now you waiting for them to just give you sauce. Hopefully all locations aren’t going for this design. The self serve bar is key. Now I will say the staff was really nice and apologetic on the wait, the wait for salsa not the food Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
