I've been pleasantly surprised by Polly's Pies recently. My first visit was around 10 years ago, and back then, the food left much to be desired--it felt like standard cafeteria fare. However, I've ordered from them three times in the past two months and each experience has been delightful! The food is flavorful and always arrives perfectly prepared. What really inspired me to write this review was the thoughtful touch they added to my latest order. I opted out of the usual carb-heavy side dishes, fully expecting an empty space in my to-go box as most restaurants would do. To my delight, they included a serving of the most delicious green beans instead. It was a wonderful surprise that made my meal even more enjoyable!

It's been awhile since our last visit. Now I remember why. Everything has changed for the worse. Smaller portions, higher prices and unappetizing food. Unfortunately so many eating establishments have now made this their mantra. The service is the best than can do with what they have to work with. Pleasant but lack of enthusiasm. In addition the place feels old and in need of a facelift. I'm so sorry to see the this place slowly decline.
