Pomodori is an amazing on island treat. The interior offers an open kitchen with surrounding cozy seating arrangements. The staff and service is friendly and attentive. The food is phenomenal and creative. It's easy to see the passion for food the chef has. The Lasagna Al Forno is baked to perfection with rich, creamy and meaty layers. Another must try for the seafood lover is the Zuppa Di Pesce Con Arrabiat. It won't disappoint. They also offer takeaway which is always packed hot, fresh and ready in minimal time.

Pomodori is, without a doubt, the best restaurant on Hilton Head Island. We have been coming to HHI for 25 years, and have visited many restaurants over the years. Whatever appetizer, entree or dessert you order at Pomodori, it is scrumptious. I've had almost every dish on the menu, and they are all equally as delicious. I've recommended this restaurant, as well as the one in Bluffton, to others, and they share my positive opinion. Once you go, you'll return time after time. Amanda is an amazing owner and chef, and is deserving of all the accolades she receives.

Pomodori Italian eatery is truly a hidden gem on Hilton Head Island and one of my favorite restaurants. Located on the south end on New Orleans road. Chef Amanda and her staff create classic Italian dishes that are impeccable. My goto favorites are the calamari fritti, orecchiette or linguine and meatballs. But you really cant go wrong regardless of what you pick. And do save room for a cannoli. Plus, they have an extensive collection of wines. The ambience is laid back & friendly; but Pomodori is on the smaller side when it comes to seating so reservations are highly recommended. And you may want to book a few weeks in advance of your stay on Hilton Head. However if you’re on the island and can’t get a table you can order take out as of this writing which is also a great option. Seriously though this is one of the best places on Hilton Head so don’t miss it!
