We made a dinner reservation at LOLA, after hearing some good reviews around the atmosphere and cocktails, and whilst the ambience and dark & stormies were great, we were left feeling very dissapointed and hungry after dinner. We weren’t able to view the menu online prior to our booking (couldn’t find it), however when we were seated and handed a menu on our arrival we told that all 3 main dishes were heavily mushroom based, and they didn’t have enough stock to serve one of the main meals available. As a result, we ordered some additional snack plates which consisted of pringles and cubes of cheese. As mentioned, the cocktails were great, but we left with extremely empty stomachs after hoping for something hearty & substantial. This could have been avoided by having a menu easily found through the booking website. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t return for dinner however may pop past for a drink. Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We were able to get a free drink coupon for this new speakeasy I absolutely loved it we came on a Thursday night and the vibe was so sultry and it pairs nicely with the alcohol and company! Makes for a charming evening! Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
