I'm not usually one to complain on service as I worked in the industry myself. But I placed my order at 9:30pm here it is 10:35 pm and I am still waiting on my order. I placed it ONLINE!!! This is insane, Im 15 weeks pregnant. So thank you to this Popeyes that I will not be returning as a guest first and LAST visit! Then never received my order, this is insane!! I feel like my food was given away. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not even worth a one star. This is the second time I was treated disrespectful. I ordered a 3 piece come to find out it didn't come with anything so I asked what did and the smart ass guy while laughing said I can't read your mind. So I then ask what is the customize thing on the menu and again while laughing said I don't know. Very unprofessional. Last time it was our computers are down and we are only accepting online orders or doordash. Now explain how that works...only accepting online orders but computers are down. Never go there unless you want to feel humiliated or get into a fight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
